I've started to ride bike to work in the mornings. I only work 3 days a week, but I'll get up really early and leave as the sun is coming up. It takes me about an hour to go 15 miles. Later on in the day, my hubby and baby meet me at the office. It's worked out great so far. We love to ride bike and over the last four years have put countless miles on our bikes. I'm also looking to trade my mountain bike in for a road bike.
There's something about riding a bike that puts me into a meditative state. My brain doesn't have to think much. I try to silence it for the most part. All I do is pray, pedal, silence. A good bike ride yields a reset on the brain.
